As the Co-Founder of Spylens Entertainment, I was in charge of a 10-person team. This was an amazing experience where I learned a lot about team building and managing a company from the beginning, all while organizing sprints, conducting market research, and pitching.

In May of 2024, we were accepted into the 4th edition of the Level Up pre-incubation program. Thanks to them, we received many mentorships, with a special focus on business creation and production. We were also able to attend many events such as IndieDevDay.

For Bu&Row, we decided to create a co-op, narrative-driven game with a 2.5D camera. For it, I had to push my abilities to the limit since it was my first multiplayer experience. In the end, it was a very fun experience to develop co-op mechanics and multiplayer maps.

Since we started as a smaller team, I also had to program a big part of the game. During this period, I developed a dynamic split-screen camera, a co-op system similar to It Takes Two, and some game mechanics such as co-op puzzles or even a collectible system.
